VII On-site installation and commissioning debugging
1. Installation
The wall-mounted type cabinet should be firmly installed above 1.2 meters from the floor. The alarm cabinet adopts 220V alternative-current power supply, so the socket core should adopt three holes (fire, zero and the ground), and the cabinet housing should connects to the ground. The standard grounding resistance is less than or equal to 1 ohm.
2. System Wiring
The connecting bus line between the principal machine and all sorts of detectors is the double-color multi-section plastic flexible wire of RVS-2×1.5mm 2 specification.
3. Debugging
The on-site commissioning debugging personnel must firstly read the instruction book and operations manual. The commissioning and debugging must be strictly conducted in accordance with following procedures.
(1)Installation debugging
Step 1: Disconnect the machine and on-site connecting wire (detach the plug), and test the on-site bus line with the multi-meter to make sure no short circuit on the bus line.
Step 2: Check the inside of the principal machine to make sure no component is damaged and no loose of connecting plug.
Step 3: Timing must be conducted after being started up each time.
Step 4: When installing the probe, make sure the polarity be connected correctly.
Step 5: After connecting the probe to the machine, start up the machine to observe the principal machine is normal or not and test all the functions of it.
Step 6: Test the resistance value between the two wires of starting device of each hanging fire extinguisher with the multi-meter. The starting device and the housing of fire extinguisher couldn't connect to each other. If they connect to each other, the hanging fire extinguisher is not allowed to connect to the principal machine.
Step 7: Test the open circuit, short circuit and grounding of the linking two wires.
Step 8: if step 6 and step 7 are both normal, the starting device of the hanging fire extinguisher can just be connected to the lining wire. After finishing all connections, use the black meter pen of the multi-meter to touch the fire extinguishing port, and red meter pen to touch the linking wire. By this means, we can observe whether there is voltage or not on the multi-meter. If there is voltage, the linking wire is allowed to connect to the fire extinguishing port. At this point, we should examine the linking wire connect to the ground or not. If there is no voltage, please connect the linking wire to the principal machine. At this point, the installation debugging is accomplished.
Notice: After the principal machine is connected with the fire extinguishing device, when maintenance and inspection is conducted, the fire extinguishing command must be cancelled firstly, to avoid wrong doings and unnecessary loss.
(2) Commissioning debugging
Step 1: start up the system principal machine
Step 2: After starting up the system principal machine, the monitoring microcomputer transfers the information.
The monitoring microcomputer firstly sets the programming content and selects the transferring telephone, serial number, card number, analogue data setting, clock timing, number quantity acquisition state, analogue data acquisition state and PLC acquisition time. After that, it will carry out programming transfer and transfer the above-mentioned content of selected items.
Step 3: After transferring information successfully and the system principal machine operates normally, we should connect various kinds of probe and main and secondary power supply, and then carry out all kinds of digital and analog signals testing.
Step 4: The monitoring microcomputer operators should carry out long-distance door opening, long-distance fire extinguishing, long-distance blower fan starting and other long-distance operations, so as to conduct testing on output channel.
VIII Fault Analysis and Solution
According to the State Fire Fighting Standard, this product should operate without a break after being started up. It applies for maintenance personnel to pass the fire fighting department in charge and product manufacturers to carry out business and technical training. During the usage and maintenance, if any fault occurs, we should treat in time and contact the manufacturers timely if couldn't solve the fault. Or we can make periodical self-check according to self condition, to ensure the safe and non-fault operating of the system.

IX Transportation, Storage and Open Package Inspection
When the alarm protector is packed in accordance with requirements, it is allowed to be transported by means of auto, train, ship and airplane. Impact should be avoided during the transportation and dampproof, corrosion resistance and overstock should be also paid attention to.
In storage, the alarm protector should be kept dry under normal atmospheric pressure and the storage period is 6 months under the normal room temperature.
After open the package, make sure that components are attached to the machine. Moreover, the installation should be strictly conducted in accordance with the product instruction book
